By accessing or using Fontacy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Fontacy is a free online text conversion tool. It transforms your text into decorative Unicode styles (bold, cursive, gothic, bubble, glitch, and more) that you can copy and paste anywhere. All conversions happen locally in your browser — the text you type is never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

3. No Guarantee

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Decorative Unicode characters render differently across platforms, devices, and apps. Some platforms may filter, alter, or fail to display certain characters (especially heavy Zalgo/Glitch styles). We make no guarantee that converted text will display correctly everywhere.

4. Intellectual Property

Unicode characters are part of the public Unicode standard and are not subject to copyright. The Fontacy brand name, logo, site design, and written content are our property and may not be copied without permission. You may freely use any text you convert, including commercially.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the text you convert and where you publish it.

6. Advertisements

Fontacy is free to use and is supported by advertising (Google AdSense, beginning in a later phase). Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks, which may use cookies. See our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fontacy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided without cost, and your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
